Its an evolution of an program that I used to use a long time ago called Klick and Play. It is great for beginners and also for more seasoned developers. With access to the direct x api some people have made some great 3d apps.

I created a remake of 1945 from the tutorial and added some of my own features within the space of 4 hours. Not bad.
